Complex sub-assemblies that must comply with steep quality requirements demand automated handling and joining processes to assure positional accuracy and adaptability of the components.

Applications can be found in a large variety of assembly systems for very different fields of technology like:

• Assembling of contact and spring sub-assemblies for in-house electric equipment
• Integration of components in cream pots, placing of disk springs with positional accuracy

Position and alignment are fully monitored in the subsequent joining processes. This prevents erroneous assemblies even in cases where a great variety of variants exists. Well-adapted SPS or PC based control systems are used to monitor the processing.
