As demands for a cost-effective production of high quality parts are rising continuously the use of fully or semi-automatic screw driver solutions with process monitoring has become a definite requirement.

Exemplary applications for screwdriver techniques can be found in different system fields like

• Screw joints of plastic components
• Screw joints of complex sub-assemblies with air filters and compressor motors
• Screw joints of convectors to power sources
• Screw joints of terminal clamps for electrical purposes

Screws are fed semi-automatically or fully automatically. Rotary force and angle of rotation are monitored in the appropriate positions. It is possible to transfer process data of each screw to a priority ERP-system.
