Transfer systems

Continuously rising quality requirements for complex sub-assemblies call for innovative and data controlled transfer systems to specify and monitor the pre-set processes.

Examples for the application of transfer systems can be found in many sectors:

  • Linking of individual stations with process monitoring
  • Integration of subdivision tests with separate test stands without any risk of interim influences
  • Transport of unmanageable and heavy workpieces observing the ergonomic aspects for the operators
  • Saving of cost-intensive transport time

The process data are collected with a centralised monitoring of all processes from the first component part to the end-off-line test.

Subsequently the data are transferred to a priority process control data system.
